she called in asking the status on the task

If someone could go over to ED 202k to check out
the laptop. Kathy Hiede called and said she would
not be able to bring it over to our office. She
would appreciate it if someone made it over there
before the end of the day.

she can not change the time and date on the
computer because she dose not have administrator
rights on the computer. also when she downloads a
file it opens in a text edit format not in a word
document. she would like to have this fixed
