yesterday.  He is good to go.

says he is connected to the Ethernet cord, says
yesterday it worked but now it will not work. says
every time he opens up a web browser says network
cable unplugged. 

says he has checked everything says he has
rebooted the machine as well.

this is causing work to stop for him.
