She is back on campus as of today and wants to get
the Pinnacle Studio Ultimate Collection 14
installed on her personal laptop for her use.  I
have the install DVD on top of my desk.  Please
arrange to get this software installed as soon as
possible.

I finally got my new Dell laptop and will be ready
to have Pinnacle installed.  I will be out of town
until Tuesday of next week, but would love to
schedule some time to have a tech come over and
install the program next week if possible at their
earliest convience.  Thank you!

She called and asked to get jsut the green screen 
at this time since it is most important to her 
this week, she is having computer issues and has 
not decided which station to install the Pinnacle 
software on to I will put this on hold tell she 
contact me back about the install

We originally purchased this title as electronic 
download and had to switch to Shrikwrap so that 
she could recieve a special "Green Screen" that 
is bundled with it in the "shipped box edition"  
So there is an revised invoice and a box with 
Manual and green screen that need to be left with 
her, please bring back the install DVD and 
installation instructions when you are done.  She 
would like this to be a high priority as they was 
a delay in the order due to the switch from 
electronic to box copy and she needs to be doing 
some video recording that requires the green 
screen this week.
