Said she has been busy and doesnt really have time
to give her computer up for imaging right now. so
i told her id close her task, and when she wanted
it done, we would open it back up for her.

Hello Gabe:
Thanks for giving it another shot.  A good time to
reimage my computer -- if that is what is needed
-- will be Friday May 7 through Sunday May 16 --
when I will not be in the office or using my
computer.  Now is definitely not a good time since
I have a lot of presentations and workshops
between this week and next week.    How long will
it take to reimage my computer?

Hello Teresa:
That is not accurate.  I actually did play the 
powerpoint WITH the video clips and it worked 
just fine at the tech building --- Josh had 
suggested that I contact Scott Carter --- and we 
played it there.    And I reported back to Josh 
about this.  So I still do need someone to figure 
it out for me.  However, since I have some other 
work that I need to get done this week and next 
week, if you could keep that service request 
alive -- and have someone  come the week of 12th 
instead, I would appreciate it.   I will be in 
most of that week.  Thanks!

scott carter helped her and she has gotten it work
on other machines but it still will not play on
her computer. Scott thinks that there may be
something needs to be update. 

she has not tried it on other computers

When Lyn Ayers tries to user her power point that
has videos, the sound will play but the video will
not. the clips will play separately from the power
point.
