On 4/2/2010 Nancy had problems with IE8; after
initial success browsing, it no longer worked,
giving a blank page.  I couldn't resolve this, so
I brought the machine back to UCS and ghosted from
a previous image.  I've updated that image.  I
re-deployed Nancy's machine on 4/6/2010.

Installed InDesign, then she reported problems
with IE.  I couldn't resolve, so I'm reghosting.
