I went and looked at his printer and spoke with
Ken for a while.  I am going to leave the task
open but the problem is intermittent.

and then it does not work.  I turn if off and on 
then it may work.

Hello,

Some times it prints, other times it does not. 
Some times it prints my emails other times it 
does not. Some times I just keep trying and it 
then prints after deletions.  The problem does 
not seem to be getting better. This morning I 
tried to print an email I received and it 
wouldn't. Turning the printer off some times 
helps other time no.

Had someone come and look and it started working
again but called today and said that went back to
the same problem

He called back with the WOU# and said he's been 
having problems with this for some time, with it 
being a problem but now it won't print at all or 
print anything.  His office is available anytime.

Called to say that he can't print - his printer 
is not working.  I called him back and left a 
voice mail of what the WOU# is of the printer. 
Waiting to hear back.
