GX280 with bad power supply

FYI Matt Overlin's GFA PRIMARY station is 
W20081154 which is a Dell Precision laptop

Brian this machine was a student tech hand me 
down and is not this GFA replaceable so there is 
nothing I can do for you, in fact the inventory 
was never updated when this was put out to 
football and it had the same problem while it was 
a lab station,  I would appreciate it if you 
could update its location in inventory

we are holding onto what we have left for the labs
that use these models, so I don't know what
options are available for replacing this.

The computer just has a orange blinking light.  He
has tried rebooting the computer a couple times
but it keeps flashing orange.
