Ran SAS, and malware and they didnt find it. 
deleted the regwork files from the registry and
restarted the computer and it didn't show up anymore.

jchandl is the user, i don't see it on any other
profile, and the profile deletion script doesn't
appear to be running

RegWork shows up on startup.  Station L1 in the
apsc lab.
