Restored her contacts.  She says there are further
problems; she lost her signature this morning
"after somebody from UCS came and worked on my
computer", according to her.  She also says the
system used to automatically remember recently
used addresses and give them to her but she;s lost
that as well.  I think she's probably talking
about Outlook there.

However, she said she can live with things as they
are and doesn't want us to try to fix anything
more because "it just creates new problems".

Cleared out the profiles, and ran the newest java
connector. I applied the registry settings also
for outlook. Her contacts are still on sundown so
Ron has to transfer it over. So i will catch him
when he gets here at noon.

Clear profiles from mail applet from control
panel, install latest Java Connector from
\\blake\push, registry fix for version of outlook,
then enable debug logging in the Account Settings
for the Java Connector, and follow the registry
tweaks in this blog post:

Christina has lost all of her contacts from her
outlook account. They were there last week. She
would like to have these contacts back. She has
restated the computer and the problem is still there
