She emailed me back and she got the printer back
mounted to her computer.

I sent her an email explaining how to fix the
problem.  And asked her to email me back whether
it worked or not and I could go over and help her
if she has any problems.

she gets an error message saying that printer not
found on server.

Bu-greenspan is the printer

she aid that the message also says that the
printer has either been typed in incorrectly or
the connection was lost.
