Cleaned it up, and it was crinkling pages. Adam
came with me on a second trip and we worked on it
for a bit, and Adam decided that its on its last
leg and they need to consider replacing it. He is
looking into pricing for either a new 9000 series
HP or a Xerox workcenter.

He did not ask me about them but he was more
concerned with the virus at the time. I do not
know if he has his favorites back. This needs to
be double checked.

He has noticed that some Favorites in Web Email
have gone missing and he wants to know if we can
restore then.  Internet Explorer is the browser
he's using and is the one that he's always used.

Printers are assigned by user not computer. Thus, moving the 
computer into the correct OU, while being a good thing to do, 
would not fix this issue. 

I manually added the printers he needed and Brian B is looking 
into deploying the printers via AD because they are not currently 
being deployed.

changed his keyboard binds, moved him to the
correct OU so his printers should show up. Dont
think banner can expand full screen.

Wants to have the "x" key to the "v" or "plus" key.

He says this was a setting for him before and just
got a new computer and this to be set up again.

He locked himself out.  Brian Berkley unlocked 
him.  I called him back to let him know.  He then 
said that's probably not that but it's most 
likely an issue with his keyboard.  He said he is 
very very unhappy with his service with UCS and 
wants us to know this.

Its working again after cooling off. He said its
too busy for the first week to have it taken back
to replace power supply. He will call if it goes
