Ok had to go back because when she restarted it
still was freezing the outlook when opening
contacts.  created a new profile for her.

Dear Help Desk,

I work in Upward Bound, APS 201

The computer I work on is 20080369[Edit Inv].

I am having some issues with my e-mail and 
calendar.

1) Where I logged on in the past to get to my 
calendar, is not allowing me to.
2) When I just go to the wou website/webmail I 
get a little different version of set-up
3) and most of the issues are now surrounding my 
address book
               for example, when I try to add 
anyone new to my address book, it states that I 
am over the size limit, even though I eliminated 
numerous names, etc.

I am only in the office from 8-10 a.m. each day, 
as my work is mostly off-campus, so I would like 
to set up an appointment to have someone come 
help me figure out what I am doing wrong.
