Took the laptop back and she is going to order a
new power cable.

power cable is bad. plugged in a different cable
and it charges just fine. the one works, but you
have to twist the cable just right.

Greetings,

 

This laptop gets checked out to students all the
time. It won’t charge. Weird I think this is a
fairly new power cord. So not sure what is wrong.
I have taken it out of service and it is at my
desk. Thanks!
