Michael Freeman from CH 108 has to email me his
class handouts and then I can print them.  It
would be nice if his computer was hooked up to
Ansel so he could print his own things.....Because
today my computer won't stay on  - it has died. 
So now he has no way to get classroom documents
printed.  thanks

she had someone else call today, Kim Hoffman, and
they are unhappy because they can't get anything
done and it needs to be fixed since it is what
they all get their work done with.

she said that she had here computer taken away for
a couple days to be worked on, and now she has it
back and none of her files are showing up and no
printers are hooked up either. 

She is very frustrated with the fact that her
computer was taken away and worked on and now she
can do any work because her files are not there
and she cant do any work. she has a faculty
meeting in a few minutes and has nothing to work with.
