Karen,

Go to Start, Control Panel and select Internet
Options.

Click the Advanced Tab, and at the bottom where it
says "reset Internet Explorer settings" click reset.

After its done, go to Start, Run and type:
\\mash.wou.edu\netlogon\homepage.vbs

Click OK.

You will get a security warning asking if you want
to open that file, click Open.

Then launch IE, and it should work normally.

Please call me if it does not.

Karen called to say when she opens Internet 
Explorer it freezes the machine and will not 
load.  (It does it for me too, if that helps!)
