That is because someone typed the message in Word,
and copied/pasted it into the email, and it picks
up ALL of the internal code of the Word document.

when she gets an email lately, she said that a lot
of the text is in some kind of code and just does
not make any kind of sense.
this only happens on some emails that she gets.
