It is a thin client. That was connected to TS8
when i got there.

one of his student workers is calling in saying
that she called in over a month ago and made a
task and nothing happen. so i making a new one. 
she said that there are three updates that need to
be done on the computer for her to be able to do
her work with adobe software.

Updates: adobe flash player 10, quick time,
silverlight. 

all three of those keep popping up on the computer.
 this is down in student media.
