Lori,

The Lab-HLRef pool and printers are each set to
Black & White only.

The Lab-HLColor are set to print color or B&W.

Each of those 3 physical printers will print
either B&W or Color jobs depending on which
virtual Printer (HLRef or HLColor) is selected by
the student sending the print job.

I checked all the settings, and its not possible
for a print job sent to HLRef to print in color.

I would be happy to come down tomorrow and verify
or we can wait until Monday when Adam is back.

the printer that is in the library is printing in
color when it is sent to the black and white print
jobs. they are not sure if the students are being
charged for color or not.

this is causing the printers to print slower also.
