It had a small hum sound this morning and she was
worried it was getting too hot. Checked it and it
was not above normal.

she called in again saying that it is really hot
and that she doesnt know what to do. she was told
that it may be hot but she is just wondering if
someone can come by again and look at it.

Her HD completely died, replaced the HD and
reimaged and returned it back to her.

her screen black and says no boot device
available. and under it it says strike F1 to
reboot, F2 for setup utility.
she pushed F1 and it didnt work at all. and she
did F2 next and it took her to a bright blue
screen. she has been out of the office, but she
said that someone saw her screen like this a
couple days ago.
she said this needs to be done ASAP because there
are three grants she is working on today that need
to get put out.
