Hi Teresa,
The Writing Center printer (20070278) is still 
sporadic in printing properly.  Sometimes it 
works fine; other times there is still the very 
long delay in printing.  The computer that had an 
issue has been fine. Again, a weird anomaly.  
Thanks for your help.  Go ahead and close this 
service request, and we'll just make another one 
if the printer acts up again.

she said that when she was trying to log onto the
computer it did not show up with the log in page.
it is a black screen with a smaller blue sreen
that says kiosk access full. she has never seen
this before so she doesnt know what to do. 

also:

the student printer is saying that the print has
gone through. and the students leave and hours
later the student papers show up. she said that
last night a student printed something and it did
not print and she came back this morning and it
was in the print tray. so its like something is
holding the printer up. she said that it works
fine every once in a while. but enough students
have complained that she has to call it in
