They are going to talk about cost for wireless, so
in the mean time i created a temporary local
account called 'Temp'. This way they are able to
use the laptop, because there is no network
connection where they are using it. They are going
to call back over when they get the wireless
figured out.

Went over but Scott was not there for me to have
him log in and create a mobile account. They may
call back by the end of today and if not then we
can do it a different day. He just wants to be
able to take the laptop off campus and log in to
it, so mobile account would be perfect solution.

don't use a local account if it can be avoided. instead turn on the 
mobile accounts in AD on the computer and have the person log 
on at least once while connected. 

only make a local account if the computer is never connected to 
the network.
