Danny,

Don't copy the documents from Word and paste them
into webmail composition window if you are using
Firefox.

You should probably use Thunderbird mail client
instead.

The code is XML language, which is the underlying
language in Office that controls formatting and
appearance of text and other objects.

Copying/pasting is putting all the code into the
message.

Alternatively, you could compose in Wordpad or
Notepad, both of which are accessible by going to
Start, All Programs, Accessories.

he is saying that when he sends emails to
newspapers and other companies, he is getting
complaints that there is coding at the top of the
emails and he would like to know how to make sure
it wont send coding with he emails. he has even
copied and pasted into word pad and tried to do it
that way but it still sends coding with the emails
