mac side HD was full so i cleared out 11gb of
space and the program started working. then it
crashed so i re-downloaded it from the internet,
re-installed it, and it started working. I removed
studenttechs from the administrators so that i
could test it as a regular user, and it worked. i
was able to scan. (re-added studenttechs) then i
tested windows side and everything worked there as
well.

Thanks Teresa -
We've had repeated issues with this particular 
workstation.  I will retest it today, but 
basically the computer is not acknowledging that 
the epson scanner has been installed when we try 
to access it through the EpsonScan software.  It 
will scan if we access it through paint, but this 
eliminates our ability to create PDFs from the 
scanner.

the epson scan will not open on one of the macs in
the library and when it does, it says it cannot
write to a file. she has tried opening to other
names and files but still will not work.
