Went over and printed just fine. maybe the person
didnt have print credits. they said close the task
and if they had anymore problems they would call
us back.

the computer is not allowing printing from
microsoft word. when any printer is selected in
microsoft word. it says that something has occured
with microsoft word and it closes the screen.
