Went there and he said his mail was working. He
said he did some type of update and everything
started working again.  Since his internet
explorer loads slow i made him a firefox mail
shortcut. He said he was leaving in a few days anyway.

still goes into a loop. I would like one of your 
techs to stop by my office at 8 AM next Monday, 
Tuesday or Wednesday so he/she can see what 
happens.,

He said every morning he comes in opens up 
webmail and it loads and loads but then stops and 
asks to end and close the program and then he 
reopens it a second time and it works. It's been 
happening for about 2 weeks and he's tired of 
doing it now.
