Hi Sue,

The error mesage you are receiving is a known Bug 
within Convergence. It seems to only happen when 
a user uses the advanced search and replies to a 
mail past the first 50 emails. The email is sent 
but to the user it appears as it wasn't sent. 
Take a look in your Sent folder and it should be 
there. This will verify that your message was, in 
fact, sent. Sun is releasing a new version of 
their mail system, which should resolve the 
issue, but it is tough to say when this will get 
pushed out. I will go ahead and close the task 
for now, but if you are not seeing the email in 
your Sent folder or have any more questions, feel 
free to let me know.

That is a known Bug within Convergence. It seems

emails. The email is sent but to the user it
appears as it wasn't sent. They need to look in
their Sent folder and it should be there.

she is trying to send an email to a person 
_b7e is undefined. that is the message she gets
when she tries to send the email the to person.
she emailed the person earlier this morning but
she was CC'd in the email.
