I tested the machine and the sound appears to be
working properly. I tested the internal speaker
and external ones as well.

I installed Windows, Adobe, Java and Firefox
updates, and I also added 1GB of RAM (for a total
of 2GB).

Philip Wade dropped of a station they are using 
for a project in his back office area.  It 
appears to have a bad sound card and that is a 
necessity for their project if we can swap his 
hard drive and firewire card with a GX620 we have 
for desktop loaner in the back then they can get 
it back to finish their projects.  The old box is 
at my desk with a copy of the Service Request.
