A tech needs to stop by her office and show her
how to export her calendar. Once you are SURE
the calendar has been properly backed up to her
H: drive, assign the task back to me.

****This is an email****

There is an export function within calendar that
allows you to export calendars. The process would
be: you would export your calendar, we would
rebuild your calendar profile with a brand new
calendar, and then you would restore your exported
entries back into the new calendar. If you are
not comfortable or familiar with the export
feature, I can make a request to have a technician
to stop by and help you, but that may add time to
the process. Let me know how you wish to proceed.

Brian,

Yes I have a lot of information in this calendar.
This calendar will let me add things most of the
time, it is just once in a while that it won't
save the information. Can you guarentee that the
old information won't be lost. We could also
create a new calendar and I can start adding new
information to that and eventually the old one
won't be used any more. I do need to keep all of
the old information since I have questions about
it off and on.

Let me know what you think.

Cheri,

We can try to resolve your calendar permissions
issue, but it will require us to delete your
original calendar. Do you have a lot of content
in your calendar that would need to be backed up,
or can we proceed with the restore? Let me know
and I will get this taken care of.

Thanks,

Brian
