Mac mail was pointed at sundown for incoming mail,
and gilligan for outgoing, and was launching at
startup and not closing

also, word was launching at startup
she is configured to use the computer as WOUuser
with no password

Elaina Jamieson's computer will not shut down. The
computer says that the mail will not let it shut
down. this has been happening for a few months now
and she does not want to keep shuting down with
the power button since that can be hard on the
computer.
