The address box shows up half “missing”. Only when
sending messages is he not allowed to see what he
is typing. This problem does not exist on any
other computer other then his own office computer.
  Would like someone to look at his computer.

Here all day today (Friday)

Usually here on Mondays and Tuesdays.
