Cannot install fonts in remote desktop.

Need to go to add/remove programs, and add the
printshop driver from Add New Programs link.

Just got a new computer. Can not  send to print
shop since receiving new computer. Needs to be
able to send it to the print shop. 

She is also having a problem adding fonts. She can
download but not install. Only within the  remote
desktop is she having this problem. “font is in
use” message appears

Can be reached all day except 2pm. Next week, just
call. Most mornings are good.
