ran scans on here computer. removed some stuff.
deleted the weather channel exe and deleted the
registry values. had her log in and it didnt show
up again.

Christina called today to say that now she can't
even get it to go away.  She said that she can't
even restart her computer but when she hung up
with me she noted that her computer said, "saving
your settings"

she is busy with clients from 10-4pm today.
 and tomorrow she will be out till 11am and she
will be back in the office at 3.

she said when she gets onto the computer
everytime, there is a pop up that comes up on the
screen about a weather desktop works. then it
takes about 3 or 4 clicks to get rid of it. a
desktop license agreement pops up and when it
shows up she has the option of accepting or
closing it and she has done both options but it
just keeps showing up no matter what.
