CORRECTION: She is using the webmail through IE
and Firefox. It will not continue to load all the
way through the calendar. She has had problems in
the past with her computer doing automatic updates
and locking her out of certain programs after
that. She said Firefox did some sort of automatic
update and not her email will not load properly in
either IE or firefox.

Cara is panicked that her work calendar was
deleted after an unexpected restart of her work
computer. She would like a file restore on it as
quickly as possible because she is working on an
auction for the school and needs to know what she
