Elaina,

You have to click on the inbox to expand it to see
the messages.  There are also smart folders with
directional arrows to change the views.

she said that brian was over yesterday helping her
set up a shortcut to thunderbird on her desktop.
well now she said when she opens thunderbird it
only shows a blank page and on the right side
there is an option for calendar and it says inbox
on the side too but nothing is opening with the
inbox. she would like someone to come help her again.

she is not available until wednesday from 11am and
12pm or 2-3pm
