When we run this it wants to install the printer
and the machine won't let the student install
anything.
Any other suggestions? Sue

If it is a network printer then they can search
for it by...

1. in the start menu click run
2. and then type "\\bart\"

a list of all the network printers will pop up and
they should be able to find the printer in that
list and print!

HP 42X or HP 42A cartridge).

I talked to Adam and he said replacing the 
cartridge should fix the problem.

Howdee, The "Bones" (20051088) printer here in 
ITC 204 is leaving streaks of toner on all the 
prints. Could we get it looked at? Thanks. Sue
