David called back and said Adam can see his
calendar now, but he still can't see Adam's.  The
subscription is there in David's LDAP account, and
his perms are set in Adam's calendar.  I'm not
sure what is causing this!

issues.  David can't subscribe to Adam Holden's 
calendar and vice versa.
