Her printer had bad ram in it. I replaced the ram
and the printer is back up and running.

Just curious where this is at? I still don't have
a printer and it is making it hard to print :-)
Is it possible to get this looked at today?

Yesterday I had sent an e-mail that my printer
finally stopped working completely. It has been
acting weird for a couple of weeks, making me
restart it every hour or so. Yesterday the screen
read MEM Test Failure. Replace DIMM0. Today, the
printer won't start up at all. I'm having some
issues printing elsewhere in the office, which is
making it hard to print at all. I need to try to
get this fixed asap, if possible. I also left a
message/email for Adam Wehner.

The WOU number on the printer is 20080441[Edit Inv].
Thanks! -Heather
