closing task, no contact

I went over and talked to Kathy, and she let me
into the office that i needed, and i re-tested the
videos, and they play just fine, and i double
checked the startup programs to make sure they
were optimized. The computer runs great and is
quick, so im not sure what is going on that she is
having trouble with...i updated her flip share
software just in case that was the problem she was
running into... Double checked to make sure she
was an admin so that she wouldnt run into any
problems there. I left her my email address for
any other questions she may have. 

Called and left a voice mail requesting availability

Status changed from (5) Completed to (1) Pending

Task reassigned to Jordan Colton.

Copied the videos from the external hard drive to
the computer and it started working. Trying to run
them from the external hard drive made them play
really slow.

kara's computer will not download or open any
files. the computer has been restarted and this
did not fix the issue. the computer is located in
ed 222.
