Cathy,

From a Mac, you use the go menu, select connect to
server, and instead of smb://cougar/tri you need
to use: smb://groupr.wou.edu/groupr/tri

PC's will map automatically.

The departmental shares are being moved from
cougar to a new network storage device.

she is trying to log onto the TR server and it is
not letting her do so. it says something about not
being able to mount to it. 

she has even tried restarting her computer and it
still does not work.
