she does not have access to the presidents network
drive. she said it is not on the screen. she has
restarted about 5 times already and still nothing
happens.

she is getting a message saying that a device
attached to the system is not functioning.and it
is a windows script host message.
she said she can still do work on her computer.
but she noticed that the internet was running more
slow.
