I ran malwarebytes and spybot. 3 trojans and 2
spywares/adware were found.

Hello Jin,

I am emailing you about your computer that had the
fake antivirus program. I am going to have a tech
come to your office hours tomorrow to deliver the
machine. While I was looking on the machine I saw
two  programs that were out of the ordinary. The
first was the V3 lite software and the other was
the GOB tv. If you could let me know what those
are that would be great.

These are the questions that need to be asked. 
1. what is the v3 lite software he has installed.
2. what is the gob software he has. 
3. Please map his my documents folder to the H drive.

Working on it. Sophos was out of date by several
months. It was the 7.6.9 version. 

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (1) Highest Priority.

Jin Q Jeon's computer has a virus. He has brought
the computer over to have it taken off. Brian has
given me the ok to take the computer to get it fixed.
