Hello,

This is Richard from University Computing Services. I am e-
mailing you about service request number 37624. You called in 
because you new computer was not connected to the necessary 
printers when it was delivered to you. I would like to set up a 
time when a tech could take care of this for you. Please call the 
service request desk at extension 88925 and reference your 
service request number, 37624, or respond to this e-mail with 
some times that you are available. This should not take more 
than a couple minuets to set up. 

Alternatively, since your computer is a Mac, we can add the 
printers without you being present if you are comfortable 
allowing a tech into your office without you being present. If this 
is okay with you please indicate so when you contact us and also 
let us know which printers you would like access to.

she just got a new computer and it is not hooked
up to a printer. she is trying to print to the
printer in NPE 115
