ScanPro 2000 microform scanner
Located:  first floor Copy Center of Hamersly Library.


This equipment is not working properly. When the
machine is turned on or off, unusual sounds are
heard and a focused image does not display on the
attached computer. The ScanPro software seems to
be working properly.

Since there are no customer serviceable parts on
the ScanPro 2000, I believe the company
e-ImageData (Hartford, WI) will need to be
contacted for an authorized factory warranty
return. I have the shipping boxes.

This equipment was purchased last year and the one
year warranty will be expiring soon. Please give
this service call a high priority.
