service request that we have for you (#37678) 
relating to having trouble opening up a secure 
file.  We believe Brian Witt emailed back a note 
and were were just checking to see if this worked 
for you and if you had success.

Try restarting your computer and then access the
secure folder that was made for you.  Let me know
if that works!

A secure file was made for Sara Beaird and only
three people were suppose to be able to access it,
Sarah can not open the file/folder (ED Drive). She
would like some help.
