There was an input box behind the connecting to
printer that is always hidden from view. He has to
move the connecting box to authenticate the print.
I showed him how to do this.

He said he thinks that someone or something is 
hiding and thinking how can I make Ike so upset 
and get him very frustrated with the email system 
and then he laughed but he did say he's very 
frustrated and has had multipe people come over 
to help but it never keeps working.  He also said 
he's pretty much foaming at the mouth but it's 
okay.  :)
