Ran the sophos scan and it found nothing. The old
keyboard was still plugged in, and a button was
being pressed so this is what was causing the
beeping noise. Fixed it.

Irene's computer keeps opening programs and making
a beeping sound. she has restarted the computer
and it is still opening th progrmas and making the
beepin noise. she would like to have a tech take a
look.
