Hi Teresa,

Brian and I were exchanging emails on this 
service request and he was going to come by and 
take a look at my computer last week, but since I 
am only working 3 days a week right now we were 
waiting until today to set up a time.

Description: Computer has been freezing up. 
Internet explorer especially freezes.

Adam,

If you go to Start, Control Panel, select Internet
Settings/Options, and click on the Advanced Tab,
and click Reset Settings it should fix IE.

After that, go to Start, Run and type:
\\mash.wou.edu\netlogon\homepage.vbs

That will reset the IE Homepage to www.wou.edu

can be reached any time. Cubical is open, ask the
person at the font desk to lactate computer.
Anytime is works. He does not need to be present.

Computer has been freezing up. Internet explorer
especially freezes. Mostly happens when he has
multiple windows open. He then has to “force
quit.” He is working on a dell.
