Lance Jewett	May 27, 2010 11:37 AM	fixed the pop error, she had a flash paper add on in her office so it was trying to call a file on the T drive. Reintalled sophos and still no luck.	Add Attachment
Casey Sonflieth	May 27, 2010 10:28 AM	she said that the Sophos is still not updating and it says that the update has failed. next everytime she opens a microsoft program, her macromedia says in the dialog box pops up, and if she hits cancel, then another one pops and it continues that process and when she closes the box with the "X" then it goes away.
