She was trying to access the files on the root of her drive (moved 
there by her on accident) rather than the ones in her user directory. 
I hid the ones on her root directory and showed her where to find 
the files she should be using. Seems to be all that was needed.

Hey, 

I stopped by your office at 9 this morning and an office worker 
let me in to take a look. I think that I may have fixed the 
problem but I cannot be sure without you testing it. If you would 
check it out and get back to me so I know if it worked or not I 
would appreciate it.

Gay Timken got a new Mac and she had files
transfered to the new computer, when this was done
a few of her files became read only files and now
she is not able to edit them. she would like to
have someone show her how to get the files back to
editing format.
