Randy,

You can plug those computers into the wired
network, login with admin rights, preferrably with
a MASH account that has admin rights on the laptop.

Go to Start, Run and type:
\\plowking\sophosupdate\CIDs\S000\SAVSCFXP\setup.exe

There is a username/password combination of:

MASH\sophie
DieVirus!

This account is used by sophos to access the share
for updates.
